材料:

Beyond Meat素牛肉400克
馬鈴薯(切件)1個
青豆2湯匙
米(洗淨,瀝乾)2杯
三色藜麥(洗淨,瀝乾)50克
丁香1粒
桂皮2片
甜椒粉1湯匙
孜然粉1湯匙
鹽適量

做法:

  1. 將米及藜麥洗淨,放入煲內,注入適量清水。
  2. 將桂皮、丁香、甜椒粉、孜然粉、青豆、馬鈴薯一同加入飯內煮,煮滾後收細火,直至飯熟。
  3. 加入素牛肉,拌勻後焗5分鐘,用適量鹽調味即成。

Ingredients:

400 g Beyond Meat beef crumble
1 potato (cut into pieces)
2 tablespoons green beans
2 cups rice (washed and drained)
50 g Three-color quinoa (washed and drained )
1 clove
2 pcs Chinese cinnamon
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon cumin powder
Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash and drain the rice and quinoa. Cook them in a pot with water.
  2. Place the Chinese cinnamon, clove , paprika , cumin powder , green beans, potatoes to the rice mixture and cook together, until the rice is done .
  3. Add Beyond meat beef crumble, mix well and steam for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste and serve.
