材料:

三色米(香米、糙米、紅米)          半量米杯
珍珠米                                            半量米杯
熟薏米                                            半量米杯
藜麥                                                半量米杯
鹽                                                    一茶匙
麻油                                                兩茶匙
紫菜                                                飾面

做法:
1. 三色米及珍珠米混合,洗米煮飯。
2.飯半熟後,加入熟薏米及藜麥。
3. 煮至飯全熟,加入鹽及麻油拌勻。
4. 手握飯團,加紫菜飾面即可。

Ingredients:

Mixed rice (white/brown/red rice)  1/2 rice cup
Japanese rice                                    1/2 rice cup
Cooked barley                                 1 rice cup
Quinoa                                            1/2 rice cup
Salt                                                  1 tsp
Sesame oil                                       2 tsp
Nori                                                 For garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Wash and cook mixed rice and Japanese rice together.
  2. When the rice is half cooked, add in cooked barley and quinoa.
  3. Stir in salt and sesame oil when the rice is done.
  4. Form rice balls using hands and garnish with nori.
