豆卜
滑豆腐一盒
花椒油少許
刁草碎少許
香菇粉少許
海鹽

製法 :

  1. 滑豆腐, 花椒油, 刁草碎, 香菇粉, 海鹽 用攪拌機打至滑順, 成為沾醬
  2. 豆卜剪開邊, 反底做面, 烤箱(180) 中火喎5-8 分鐘至脆
  3. 豆腐醬加 上少許辣椒油 , 干辣椒碎裝 飾, 成為 川香白雪沾醬
  4. 脆豆卜治醬即食

Ingredients:

Beancurd puff
1 box Silken Tofu
Few drops pepper oil
Finely chopped dill
Dried mushroom powder
sea salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients ,tofu,pepper oil, , dill ,mushroom powder ,sea salt into smooth paste by food processor.
  2. Beancurd Puff, cut into half. Turn them inside out and bakein the oven for around 5-8 min until crispy
