材料:
糯米粉……1/4杯
木薯粉……1茶匙
糖…… 1茶匙
鹽……1/8茶匙
油份……1湯匙
燕麥奶……約35毫升
泡打粉……1/4茶匙
朱古力粉……1/2茶匙
小朱古力粒……1湯匙
做法︰
1. 糯米粉、木薯粉過篩拌勻,加入糖、鹽備用。
2. 加入油份、燕麥奶拌勻搓成粉糰。
3. 烤箱先預熱180℃,將麵糰分成像湯圓大小一樣,放在烘焙紙上。
4. 掃少許水份在麻糬波波的表面,180℃烘烤15 – 20分鐘即可。

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Glutinous rice flour
1 teaspoon tapioca starch
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt ……
1 tablespoon oil
35 ml Oat milk
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Chocolate powder
1 Tablespoon Small chocolate tablets
Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl, add glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour sift and mix well
  2. Add sugar, salt and set aside.
  3. Knead dough while adding in the oil and oat milk
  4. Preheat oven to 180 ℃
  5. Take out one tablespoon of the dough mixture, roll them into a ball and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Add a little moisture on the surface of mochiand bake for 15-20 minutes
