雞蛋5隻
銀芽(洗淨及瀝乾)250克
素翅200克
韭黃 (切段)100克
鮮奶1/3杯
生粉1茶匙
鹽適量
胡椒粉適量

做法:

1.雞蛋略拂,加少許鹽調味。
2.鮮奶加入生粉拌勻,然後加入(1)內拌勻。
3.燒熱油鑊,下韭黃、銀芽、素翅、蛋漿炒勻,最後加適量鹽及胡椒粉調味即可。

Ingredients:

5 eggs
bean sprout (washed and drained) 250 g
200 g plain vegetarian fins
chives (cut) 100 g
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon cornstarch
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:

 1. Whisk the eggs slightly, add salt to taste, set aside.
2. Add cornstarch to milk and mix well, then add (1) and mix well, set aside.
3. Heat the oil pan. Put chives, bean sprout, vegetarian fins, egg mixture into the pan and fry. Add salt and pepper to taste.
