材料:

南棗粉漿材料
南棗200克
木薯粉200克
粘米粉30克
白砂糖160克
南棗水550克

椰汁粉漿材料
木薯粉200克
粘米粉30克
椰漿100克
白砂糖160克
暖水200克

做法:

南棗粉漿:
1. 南棗用清水洗淨,然後用大概600克水煮10分鐘,關火後把煲蓋蓋上。
2. 待涼後,把南棗和水分開。南棗去皮和核,南棗水留用。
3. 把(2)550克南棗水加入白砂糖,加熱直至糖溶解,待涼備用。
4. 用大概一半的南棗糖水開粉(木薯粉+粘米粉),備用。
5. 把(2)南棗肉和餘下的南棗糖水一起用攪拌機攪成南棗泥,然後加入(4)粉漿裏,拌勻。

椰汁粉漿:
1. 把砂糖放進暖水裏,拌勻直至糖溶解,加入椰漿。
2. 用椰漿水開粉(木薯粉+粘米粉),備用。

蒸糕做法
1. 在 18 X18厘米方形糕盤內塗油以防黏底。
2. 水滾後倒入第一層,約100毫升南棗粉漿入模內蒸約3分鐘。
3. 蒸好後,再倒入第二層,約100毫升椰汁粉漿入模內蒸3分鐘。
4. 重複兩種粉漿,蒸大約九層,即成。

Ingredients:

Nanzao mixture ingredient
Nanzao 200 g
Tapioca flour 200 g
Sticky rice flour 30 g
White sugar 160 g
Nanzao water 550 g

Coconut milk mixture ingredient
Tapioca flour 200 g
Sticky rice flour 30 g
Coconut milk 100 g
White sugar 160 g
Warm water 200 g

Directions:

Nanzao mixture:
1. Wash Nanzao with water, add approximately 600 g of water and boil for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and put the pot lid on .
2. Wait for it to cool down and drain . Peel the Nanzao skin off and remove the seed,  Keep the water that used to boil Nanzao.
3. Add white sugar and boil until the sugar dissolve, set aside.
4. Use half of (3) water to mix with tapioca flour + sticky rice flour, set aside.
5. Place (2) into the other half of (3) and mix well. Then, pour the mixture to (4)  and mix well.

Coconut milk mixture:
1. Put sugar into warm water, mix until the sugar dissolves. Add coconut milk.
2. Mix coconut milk with powder (tapioca flour + sticky rice flour) and set aside.

Steamed cake
1. Apply oil to prevent sticking using a 18 X 18 cm square cake pan.
2. Wait until it boils ,pour the first layer of Nanzao batter (100ml) into the mold and steam for about 3 minutes .
3. After steaming, pour the second layer of coconut milk batter (100ml) into the mold, steam for about three minutes.
4. Repeat the above two steps (2), (3) for three to four times and serve.
