甘筍蒸粿

材料 :

糯米粉……2.5量杯
粘米粉……1.5量杯
燕麥奶……20毫升
鮮甘筍汁……70毫升
糖……3湯匙
鹽……1/8茶匙
菜油……2湯匙
甘筍渣…….3湯匙
紅豆蓉……約50克

做法:

  1. 糯米粉、粘米粉混合,加入甘筍渣拌匀。
  2. 加入糖、鹽調味。
  3. 加入燕麥奶、鮮甘筍汁和菜油搓揉成粉糰。
  4.  粉糰靜止鬆弛10-15分鐘,
  5. 粉糰搓成長條形,平均分成切8個份量,每份搓圓,中間用拇指壓下去包入紅豆蓉
  6. 收口,做成甘筍形狀,表面用牙籤劃幾刀。
  7. 涼水開始,用中大火蒸12-15分鐘。
  8. 蒸好取出,用西芹裝飾甘昏蒂即可。

Ingredients:

Glutinous rice flour …… 2 1/2 cups
Rice flour …… 1 1/2 cups
Oat milk …… 20 ml
Fresh carrot juice …… 70 ml
Sugar…… 3 tablespoons
Salt ……1/8 teaspoon
Vegetable oil ……2 tablespoons
Minced Carrot…….3 tablespoons
Red beans paste (ready to use) …… ~50g

Procedure:

  1. Glutinous rice flour, rice flour and minced carrot mix well.
  2. Add in sugar and salt.
  3. Added oat milk, fresh carrot juice to mix, then add vegetable oil ,rub into the dough.
  4. Rest the dough for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Cut the dough into 8 servings , add in the red bean paste into each serving.
  6. Make a carrot shape.
  7. Steam dumplings for 12-15 minutes, starting from cold water.
  8. Afterwards, decorative with celery leaf.
