材料:
自發粉                    半量杯
糖                            1/4量杯
燕麥奶                    1/4量杯
鮮甘筍汁(約兩條甘筍)    1/4量杯
菜油                                兩湯匙
甘筍蓉                    兩湯匙

做法:
1. 烤箱先預熱180度。
2. 甘筍去皮,用慢磨榨汁機分隔甘筍蓉及甘筍汁。
3. 自發粉及糖過篩拌勻。
4.加入燕麥奶、鮮甘筍汁、菜油及甘筍肉,輕手快速拌勻。
5. 麵糊倒入蛋糕模。
6. 放進烤箱,用180度烘焙十五至廿分鐘即可。

Ingredients:
Self-raising flour                      1/2 measuring cup
Sugar                                       1/4 measuring cup
Oat milk                          1/4 measuring cup
Fresh carrot juice (Approx. 2 carrots)      1/4 measuring cup
Vegetable oil                           2 tbsp
Carrot puree                            2 tbsp

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
2. Peel carrots and use a slow juicer to separate the puree and the juice.
3. Sieve and mix self-raising flour and sugar.
4. Add in oat milk, fresh carrot juice, vegetable oil and carrot puree. Gently but quickly mix them together.
5. Pour the batter into cake molds.
6. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
