材料:
普洱茶    250毫升
糖            約4茶匙
雪耳        幾塊
紅棗        6顆
寒天粉    3克

做法:
1. 雪耳浸發後撕成小朵。
2. 熱鍋,普洱茶倒入鍋中,慢火煮滾。
3. 加入雪耳及紅棗。
4. 加入寒天粉攪拌至溶化。
5. 加糖攪拌至溶化。
6. 倒入模具,待涼後,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固即可。

Ingredients:
Ancient Pu’er tea             250 mL
Sugar                               4 tsp
Snow fungus                    a few heads
Red dates                         6 pieces
Agar powder                    3 g

Instructions:
1. Soak the snow fungus until soften. Tear into small pieces.
2. Bring the ancient Pu’er tea to boil, add snow fungus and red dates.
3. Mix with agar powder and stir to dissolve the powder.
4. Dissolve sugar in the mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into moulds and let cool. Freeze the mixture until set.
