材料:

春卷皮 …… 7 塊
Beyond beef (植物牛肉粒) …… 1/2杯
甘筍 …… 1條
咖哩醬 ……2大匙
糖 …… 1茶匙
粟粉水 …… 少許

做法︰

1. 甘筍切粒,Beyond beef (植物牛肉粒)沖洗備用。

2. 春卷皮一開二成長方型。

3. 熱鍋下油中大火炒Beyond beef (植物牛肉粒)及甘筍粒。

4. 加入咖哩醬及糖大火炒匀。盛起備用。

5. 餡料放上春卷皮,摺疊成三角型,塗粟粉水收口。

6. 烤箱先預熱180或200度。素咖哩角放進烤箱180度或200度,烘烤15分鐘或10分鐘至兩面金黃即可.

Ingredients:

7 pcs Spring roll pastry
1/2 cup Beyond beef crumble
1 Carrot
2 tablespoons curry sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
A little of cornstarch water

Directions:

  1. Dice 1 carrot  and roughly rinse the Beyond beef crumbles
  2. Divide the spring roll pastry into two rectangular ones
  3. Heat the oil in the pan, sauteed the Beyond beef crumbles and carrots.
  4. Add the curry paste and sugar. Stir well and set aside
  5. Place the fillings on the pastry, fold into a triangle and seal with cornstarch water
  6. Preheat oven to 180 or 200 degrees. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown on both sides.
