浪漫紫薯煎餅1

材料:
紫薯蓉             半杯
糯米粉             65克
粘米粉             35克
糖                    3茶匙
鹽                    1/8茶匙
水                    1/8量杯
菜油                 2茶匙

做法:
1. 紫薯蒸熟,待涼後壓成紫薯蓉。
2. 糯米粉、粘米粉混合後,加入紫薯蓉搓匀。
3. 加入糖、鹽、菜油及因應濕度逐少加水份搓揉成糯米粉團。
4. 靜止鬆弛粉團10至15分鐘。
5. 粉團搓成長條形,平均分成6個份量,每份搓圓壓扁做成餅。
6. 熱鍋下少許菜油,兩面用慢火煎熟至金黃色即可。

Ingredients:
Mashed sweet potato         1/2 cup
Glutinous rice flour            65g
Rice flour                          35g
Sugar                                3 tsp
Salt                                   1/8 tsp
Water                                1/8 cup
Vegetable oil                      2 tsp

Instructions:
1. Steam the sweet potato until cooked. Mash it when it cools.
2. Mix glutinous rice flour and rice flour. Add in mashed sweet potato and mix until well combined.
3. Add sugar, salt and vegetable oil to the mixture. Adjust the amount of water added based on the humidity and
form a dough.
4. Let the dough rise for 10-15 minutes.
5. Roll the dough into a rectangle and divide into 6 portions. Roll and flatten each portion.
6.Heat vegetable oil in a pan and pan-fry each side over low heat until both sides turn golden.
