甘筍 一條
香菇 一碗
鮮百合 一隻
調味︰
醬油 約一湯匙
糖 約一茶匙
鹽 約1/4茶匙
胡椒粉 約1/4茶匙
栗粉 約兩茶匙
麻油 約半茶匙
做法:
1. 甘筍去皮刨成蓉,香菇切粒,鮮百合切粒後混合。
2. 加入調味料用手搓勻成餡料。
3. 餃子皮包入餡料。
4. 餃子放上蒸架,涼水開始大火蒸約七分鐘即可。

Ingredients:
Dumpling paste 10 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Shiitake mushroom 1 bowl
Fresh lily bulb 1 pc
Seasonings:
Soy sauce approx. 1 tbsp
Sugar approx. 1 tsp
Salt approx. 1/4 tsp
Ground pepper approx. 1/4 tsp
Corn starch approx. 2 tsp
Sesame oil approx. 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
1. Peel and puree the carrot. Dice the shiitake mushrooms and lily bulb. Mix the above ingredients.
2. Add in seasonings and mix well to make the filling.
3. Place filling on each dumpling skin and fold it.
4. Put the dumplings on a rack in a pot of cold water. Steam on high heat for 7 minutes and serve.
