雞髀菇一至兩條
青瓜一條
車厘茄適量
韓式辣醬適量
檸檬半個
醬油2茶匙
糖1茶匙

做法:

1. 將雞髀菇切成薄片。加入油鹽、黑椒調味,用中火煎香,待涼
2. 青瓜刨成薄片,備用
3. 把青瓜片鋪疊在雞髀菇上,捲成花狀
4. 把韓式辣醬和檸檬汁拌勻,加入醬油和糖煮成醬汁
5. 車厘茄切半,鋪面。淋上醬汁,即成

Ingredients:

1 -2 Oyster Mushroom
A cucumber
Appropriate amount of Cherry tomatoes
Appropriate amount of Korean sauce
Half a lemon
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

Direction:
1. Cut the oyster mushroom into thin slices. Pan fry with oil, salt and other seasoning, set aside.
2. Cut cucumber into thin slices and set aside.
3. Place the cooked mushroom on the cucumber slide and roll into a flower shape.
4. For the sauce, mix Korean sauce and lemon sauce with addition of soy sauce and sugar and cook until boil.
5. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place on top of the cucumber roll. Topped with sauce, and serve.
