材料:

素鴨600克
西蘭花300克
蘇梅醬2湯匙

做法:

1.素鴨解凍後切件。
2.西蘭花洗淨汆水。
3.燒熱油鑊,放入素鴨煎至微金黃,再加入西蘭花,蓋上鑊蓋煮熟。
4.最後放入2湯匙蘇梅醬炒勻。

Ingredients:

Vegetarian duck 600 g
300 g broccoli
Plum sauce 2 tablespoons

Directions:

1. De-froze the vegetarian duck and cut into small pieces, set aside.
2. Wash broccoli in boiling water, set aside.
3. Fry the vegetarian duck in a wok until golden yellow, add broccoli and  cook with the lid close.
4. Put 2 tablespoons Plum sauce and stir well, serve.
