Raiz the Bar: Winter Spiced Hot Chocolate 辣味朱古力熱飲

Recipe by Raw Food Chef Priscilla Soligo of Raiz the Bar

Ingredients:

  • 50g 4 Tbsps Raiz The Bar Authentic Drinking Chocolate
  • 22g 2 tsps Raw Unsweetened Cashew Butter
  • 30g 2tsps Raw Unsweetened Almond Butter
  • 17g 1 Medjool Date, pitted
  • 12g 2 tsps Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 2g 1 tsp Ground Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 2g 2 tsps Whole Fresh Nutmeg, grated (or 1/2-1 tsp ground/ store bought)
  • Pinch Cayenne (adjust to taste, or omit if preferred)
  • Pinch Cardamom (optional)
  • Pinch Celtic Sea or Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 387g/ 450ml Just Boiled Water

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until well incorporated.
  2. Garnish by grating your favourite Raiz The Bar on top! We recommend Uplift Me or Authentic Me!
