醋半杯
黑糖5湯匙
南瓜400克
天婦羅陳粉100克

做法:

1.南瓜洗淨切片,備用。
2.天婦羅粉加入適量清水及1湯匙油拌勻。
3.油加熱至240°C,南瓜片蘸上粉漿,放入滾油中炸至金黃,撈起稍放涼再翻炸一次至脆身。
4.將陳醋與黑糖煮滾,加入2湯匙生粉芡煮至濃稠。
5. 將炸脆南瓜片蘸陳醋汁伴食。

Ingredients:

1/2 cup vinegar
brown sugar 5 tablespoons
pumpkin 400 grams
100 grams tempura powder

Directions:

1. Cut the pumpkin into slices and set aside.
2. Add tempura powder to water with a tablespoon of oil and mix well.
3.Dip the pumpkins slices into the powder and fry until the color becomes golden yellow. Set aside for 1 minutes and deep fired again until crispy.
4. Use vinegar and brown sugar to make the sauce with 2 teaspoon of cornstarch.
5. Ready to serve.
