青木瓜1個
雪耳2個
紅蘿蔔1條(洗淨,切件)
粟米1條(洗淨,切件)
腰果4湯匙
花生2湯匙
蓮子2湯匙
無花果3粒(洗淨)
鹽適量

 

做法:

  1. 腰果、花生、蓮子及雪耳沖洗後泡水,備用。
  2. 木瓜洗淨,去囊及皮後,切件備用。
  3. 所有材料放入沸水內,大火煮滾後轉中細火煲約1.5小時,最後加鹽調味即成。

Ingredients:

 

1 Green Papaya

2 White Fungus

1 Carrot (washed, cut into pieces)

1 Corn  (washed, cut into pieces)

4 tablespoons cashew

2 tablespoons peanut

2 tablespoons Lotus seed

3 Figs (washed and drained)

Salt to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Cashew, peanuts, lotus seeds and white fungus soaked in water after rinsing and set aside.
  2. Papaya washed, remove the capsule and the skin, cut into pieces and set aside.
  3. Put all ingredients into the boiling water, wait until it boils again, switch to low heat and cook for about 1.5 hours. Finally, salt to taste and serve.
