材料:

黑豆2湯匙
黑棗4粒
黑虎掌2隻
百合2湯匙
蓮子2湯匙
果皮1瓣
薑片2片
鹽適量

做法:

  1. 黑虎掌沖洗幾次後浸軟,備用。
  2. 黑豆洗淨及浸泡3小時左右,備用。
  3. 蓮子洗淨略浸,備用。
  4. 果皮浸軟刮瓤,備用。
  5. 所有材料放入燉盅內,再加入浸黑虎掌水及沸水,隔水燉約1至1小時半,最後加適量鹽調味即成。

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of Black Beans

4 Prunes

2 Black Tiger Palm Fungus

2 tablespoons of Lily

2 tablespoons Lotus seed

1 section Dried tangerine peel

2 slices Ginger 

Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash the Black Tiger Palm Fungus several times , soak in water and set aside.
  2. Wash the Black beans and soak for about 3 hours, set aside.
  3. Wash the Lotus seeds and soak slightly and set aside.
  4. Scrape the pulp of the dried tangerine peel and soak until the peel becomes soft.
  5. Put all ingredients into a Chinese Stew Pot, together with water that used to soak Black Tiger Palm Fungus. Add boiling water as well and stew for 60-90mins.
  6. Finally, add salt to taste and serve.
