材料:
黑豆奶……1盒(235毫升)
黑豆……隨意
糖……約4茶匙
寒天粉……3克

做法:
1. 黑豆蒸熟備用。
2. 熱鍋,黑豆奶倒入鍋中,慢火煮滾。
3. 加入寒天粉攪拌至溶化。
4. 加糖攪拌至溶化。
5. 倒入模具,加入黑豆,待涼後放入冰箱冷藏至凝固即可。

Ingredients:
Black soy milk         235ml
Black soy beans       to taste
Sugar                       4 tsp
Agar powder            3g

Instructions:
1. Steam the black soy beans until soft. Set aside for later use.
2. Heat the black soy milk in a pan and simmer until it boils.
3. Mix with agar powder and stir to dissolve the powder.
4. Dissolve sugar in the mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into moulds and let cool. Freeze the mixture until set.
