材料:

即用紫薯蓉(含糖)約150克
麵包糠適量
早餐粟米片適量
蛋1隻

做法:

1. 蛋打散成蛋液。
2. 早餐粟米片搗碎。
3. 麵包糠混合粟米片。
4. 舀一小份紫薯蓉搓成球,沾滿麵包糠粟米片。
5. 烤箱預熱180度,放入烤箱烤焗20分鐘或外層至金黃即可。

* 支持有機或原材料,可以用新鮮祡蕃薯,先蒸熟後壓成蓉,加糖調味。

Ingredients:

purple mashed potato (sugar) about 150 grams
Appropriate amount of bread crumbs
Appropriate amount breakfast cornflakes

Direction:

1. Whip the egg until the egg foam mixture is formed, set aside.
2. Crush the breakfast cereal in small pieces , set aside.
3. Mix the breadcrumbs with breakfast cereal and put into (1), set aside.
4. Take one scoop of potato mash and dip into the mixture.
5. switch on the oven to about 240 degrees and bake for 20 mins until the color turns golden yellow.

*  Support for organic or local fresh produces, you can use fresh sweet potatoes, steam it first and then pressed into mash, add sugar to taste.
