甘筍小蛋糕

材料:
自發粉1/2量杯

糖1/4量杯

燕麥奶1/4量杯

鮮甘筍汁1/4量杯

菜油2湯匙

甘筍渣2湯匙

 

做法︰
1. 烤箱先預熱180度。
2. 甘筍去皮,用慢磨榨汁機分隔甘筍肉及甘筍汁。
3. 自發粉及糖過篩拌勻。
4. 加入燕麥奶、先甘筍汁、菜油及甘筍渣,輕手快速拌勻。
5. 麵糊倒入蛋糕模。
6. 放進烤箱,用180度烘焙15至20分鐘即可。

Ingredients:

Self-raising flour  1 / 2 cup

Sugar  1 / 4 cup

Oat milk  1/4 cup

Fresh carrot juice  1/4 cup

Vegetable oil   2 tablespoons

Minced carrot  2 tablespoons

 

Practice:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Peel carrots , separate minced carrot and carrot juice by using a slow juicer machine.
  3. Sift the self-raising flour and sugar, mixing well.
  4. Add in oat milk, carrot juice, vegetable oil and minced carrot, mix lightly and quickly .
  5. Pour the batter into the cake mold.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
