Beyond Chicken Fusilli with Quinoa Milk Corn Sauce

食譜特色

  • 以藜麥奶取代忌廉做粟米汁可減少油膩感,而香甜濃郁的粟米汁更是小朋友至愛。

材料:

  • 粟米粒 2條
  • 番薯(切粒) 1個
  • 甘筍(切粒)½ 條
  • 紫洋蔥 (切粒) ½ 個
  • 蒜蓉 2粒
  • 植物雞肉條(撕幼絲) ½ 碗
  • 螺絲粉(烚熟)2碗
  • 芝士 適量
  • 乾番茜 適量

調味:

  • 鹽 適量

芡汁:

  • 藜麥奶 1杯

烹調步驟:

  1. 甘筍粒、番薯粒和粟米粒蒸熟。
  2. 蒸熟的⅔份粟米粒加入藜麥奶以攪拌機攪拌。
  3. 熱鑊下油爆香蒜蓉,加入螺絲粉和番茜炒勻後放焗盤。
  4. 爆香洋蔥,加入植物雞肉絲炒至金黃色,後加入已蒸熟的番薯粒、甘筍粒及餘下⅓份粟米粒。
  5. 倒入粟米藜麥汁拌勻和下鹽調味後放在螺絲粉上。蓋上鍋蓋,用小火煮10-15分鐘即成。
  6. 灑上芝士以攝氏180度焗10分鐘至金黃色即成。

烹調小貼士

  • 除藜麥奶外,亦可選用豆奶、米奶、杏仁奶等煮粟米汁,亦應選用沒有額外添加糖份的種類。

Ingredients:

  • Corn kernels 2 pieces
  • Sweet potato (Dice) 1 pieces
  • Carrot (Dice)  ½ pieces
  • Onion (Diced)   ½ pieces
  • Minced garlic 2 pieces 
  • Beyond Chicken Strips (Shredded)   ½ bowls
  • Fusilli (Boiled) 2 bowls
  • Cheese (As appropriate)
  • Dried parsley (As appropriate)

Seasonings:

  • Salt (As appropriate)

Sauce:

  • Quinoa milk 1 cup

Cooking Steps:

    1. Steam the diced carrots, diced sweet potatoes and corn kernels.
    2. Mix ⅔ of the corn kernels with the quinoa milk in a blender.
    3. Saute the minced garlic with oil first and stir-fry the fusilli with some dried parsley. Then, place the fusilli on the baking dish.
    4. Saute the onion and fry the Beyond Chicken strips until golden. Then stir in the sweet potato, carrot and the remaining corn kernels.
    5. Pour the mixture of corn sauce and salt over the fusilli. Cover the pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat.
    6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake (at 180 degrees Celsius) for 10 minutes. The dish is ready when it becomes golden.

Cooking Tips

  • Soy milk, rice milk and almond milk is also available to make the corn sauce. Milk without added sugars should be chosen.
