Chinese Salad Jar

Note: I used a 16 oz drinking jar for this recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp tamari
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp coconut nectar
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 bowl Cottonii seaweed
  • 1/2 bowl dried mixed seaweed
  • 1/2 bowl dried golden needle mushrooms
  • 1 sheet dried beancurd sheet
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 bowl chopped beetroot and zucchini (or replaced by any vegetables)
  • Handful of goji berries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Rinse to wash away any salt on the surface of the Cottonii seaweed and soak in water for at least 4 hours (or overnight)
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the tamari, balsamic vinegar, coconut nectar and coconut oil
  3. Pour the sauce at the bottom of the jar
  4. Soak the mixed seaweeds, tofu sheets and golden needle mushrooms in water for 10 minutes. Then dry and set aside for later use.
  5. According to this order, place the Cottonii seaweed, mixed seaweeds, golden needle mushrooms, tofu sheets, cherry tomatoes, beetroots, zucchini and goji berries in the jar
  6. Cover the lid and shake the jar until everything is coated with the sauce

  • 意大利黑醋 1湯匙
  • 椰子花蜜 1茶匙
  • 椰子油 1湯匙
  • 珊瑚藻 1/2碗
  • 混合乾海帶 1/2杯
  • 乾金針菇 1/2杯
  • 腐皮 1塊
  • 櫻桃蕃茄(切碎)4顆
  • 紅菜頭和意青瓜(或任何蔬菜代替) 1/2碗
  • 枸杞 一小撮

做法

  1. 用水沖洗珊瑚藻表面上的鹽,並浸泡在水中至少4小時(或過夜)
  2. 在一小碗內,把醬油,意大利香醋,椰子花蜜和椰子油混合,倒入玻璃瓶的底部
  3. 把混合乾海藻,腐皮及金針菇在水中10分鐘。隔去水分,備後用
  4. 依序將珊瑚藻,混合海藻,金針菇,腐皮,櫻桃蕃茄,紅菜頭,意青瓜和枸杞放在瓶子裡
  5. 食用時,把瓶蓋好,搖勻直至所有材料都沾上醬汁
