生炒莓子 Honey-glazed Mixed Berries

材料:

  • 青蘋果 (切厚片,去核) 180克
  • 士多啤梨 30克
  • 藍莓 30克
  • 紅桑子 20克
  • 阿麻籽粉 2克
  • 龍珠果 20克

烹調步驟:

  1. 青蘋果厚片兩面撲上糖, 下平底鑊煎香至金黃色,上碟備用。
  2. 燒熱鑊下蜜糖、士多啤梨、藍莓和紅桑子煮至略為軟身,放在青蘋果上,並淋上莓汁。
  3. 阿麻籽粉灑上碟作裝飾及以龍珠果伴碟即成。

Ingredients:

  • Green apple (thickly sliced & deseeded)   180g
  • Strawberry 30g
  • Blueberry 30g
  • Raspberry  20g
  • Flax seed powder 2g
  • Cape gooseberry 20g

Seasonings:

  • Sugar 15g
  • Honey 50ml

Cooking Steps:

  1. Coat both sides of the apple slices with sugar. Pan-fry them in a pan until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Heat a pan and add honey, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Fry until the berries are slightly softened. Place them over the apple slices and pour the berry sauce on top.
  3. Sprinkle flax seed powder on the plate and garnish with cape gooseberries to serve.
