胎菊杞子桃膠

材料(四人份)
桃膠 15 g
杞子 10-20 g
胎菊 10-20 buds
黑糖 50 g
清水  800-1000 mL

做法
1. 桃膠加水浸泡過夜或6-8小時,體積會發大數倍。
(快速浸發:以保溫壺加熱水泡1-2小時)
2. 浸發後挑走黑色雜質,剪開成小份,沖洗後瀝水備用。
3. 以茶包袋放入胎菊,加入清水及黑糖煮滾後轉小火煮10分鐘。
4. 撈起胎菊後,加入桃膠再煮20分鐘。
5. 最後加入杞子煮滾,即可食用。

功效
桃膠是桃樹分泌出來的天然樹脂,含豐富植物膠原蛋白。
胎菊是最上品的杭白菊,特別有助解燥清火明目。
杞子有利養肝明目,增強抵抗力。

Chrysanthemum Goji Resin

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients (For 4 ppl)
Peach Resin ~ 15 g
Goji berries ~ 10-20 g
Chrysanthemum ~ 10-20 buds
Dark Brown Sugar ~ 50 g
Water ~ 800-1000 mL

Steps
1. Let the resin soak in some water for 6-8 hours, ideally overnight, until is softens and plumps up.
(Quick-soak: store the resin in an insulated bottle with hot water for 1-2 hours)
2. Remove any dirt particles from the soaked resin, cut it into small pieces and wash under running water.
Drain and set aside.
3. Put the chrysanthemum buds into a tea bag. Add into the water with the dark brown sugar and bring to a boil,
then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Take out the chrysanthemum tea bag, and add the resin into the boiling water for 20 minutes.
5. Add goji berries before turning off the heat, and enjoy!
