INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups chickpea
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, shred
  • 1-2 tablespoon flour
  • 4-6 tablespoon coconut milk powder
  • 1/2 bowl green pea
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put Chickpea into a large pot and cook until soft
  2. After boiling, add onion, celery and carrot into the large pot and turn to low heat to cook for 30 minutes
  3. Mix coconut milk powder and flour well, stir evenly with the ingredients in large pot
  4. When it is boiling in large pot, add green peas, sea salt, pepper and thyme
  5. Under low heat, cook for 20 minutes

  • 1-2 湯匙麵粉
  • 4-6湯匙椰子奶粉
  • 1/2杯豌豆
  • 1茶匙海鹽
  • 1/4茶匙胡椒
  • 1/2茶匙百里香

做法

  1. 將鷹咀豆在大鍋中烚透
  2. 加入洋蔥、芹菜和胡蘿蔔煮沸後,改小火煮30分鐘
  3. 將拌好的椰子奶粉與麵粉,邊攪拌邊倒入熱湯中
  4. 再次煮沸後,加入豌豆、海鹽、胡椒和百里香
  5. 蓋上鍋蓋,用文火熬20分鐘,即可
