Egg 'n' Cheese Pita

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 2 slice of cheese
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 handful spinach or mixed greens
  • 1 pita bread, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 sprig basil, chopped
  • extra-virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat a frying pan with oil on medium-low heat
  2. Cook the onions to its caramelized state
  3. Transfer the caramelized onion to the pita
  4. Cook the eggs and transfer to fill the pita
  5. Add cheese, greens, and tomatoes
  6. Garnish with basil and serve

  • 3-4 車厘茄, 切半或分四份

  • 1 羅勒, 剁碎
  • 特級初榨橄欖油

做法

  1. 倒橄欖油入煎鍋中,中小火預熱
  2. 翻炒洋蔥至微焦
  3. 將炒好的洋蔥放入餡餅皮中
  4. 炒雞蛋并將雞蛋放入餡餅皮中
  5. 將芝士,蔬菜及番茄放入餡餅皮中
  6. 用羅勒點綴
