INGREDIENTS

  • 2 frozen red pitaya (or 1 white, 1 red)
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 tsp Acai powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or coconut water)

DIRECTIONS

Put everything into a high-speed blender (I used Vitamix) and blend until smooth. Serve with your favorite toppings such as blueberries, apricots and raspberries.
