法式芝士燉菜

法式芝士燉菜 Ratatouille

材料:

  • 意大利青瓜 (切片1
  • 意大利黃瓜 (切片1
  • 番茄 (切片) 2個
  • 馬鈴薯 (去皮,切片) 2個
  • 洋蔥 (切粒) ½
  • 蒜蓉 1湯匙
  • 新鮮百里香 1小株
  • 水牛芝士 適量
  • 橄欖油 1茶匙
  • 巴馬臣芝士粉 少許

調味料:

  • 海鹽 適量
  • 即磨黑胡椒 適量

烹調步驟:

  1. 洋蔥加入蒜蓉及橄欖油拌勻,平鋪於焗盤上,以梅花間竹形式把意大利青瓜、意大利黃瓜、番茄、馬鈴薯排列成一行,如此類推,排滿焗盤。
  2. 百里香葉均勻地灑在蔬菜片上,加入海鹽及黑胡椒調味,蓋上錫紙入爐以攝氏180度焗30分鐘
  3. 取出焗盤,掀開錫紙,平均地放上水牛芝士和巴馬臣芝士粉,再入爐焗約7-10分鐘,直至芝士融化,烘成金黃色即成

Ingredients:

  • Green zucchini (sliced) 1 piece
  • Yellow zucchini (sliced) 1 piece
  • Tomato (sliced) 2 pieces
  • Potato (peeled & sliced) 2 pieces
  • Onion (diced) ½ piece
  • Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh thyme small bunch
  • Mozzarella cheese as appropriate
  • Olive oil 1 teaspoon
  • Grated parmesan cheese a little

Seasonings:

  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Steps:

  1. Mix the onion with minced garlic and olive oil. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking dish. Arrange alternately the green and yellow zucchini, tomatoes and potatoes on the dish to form one row. Repeat to fill the baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the thyme leaves evenly on the vegetables. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Cover with foil and bake at a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the baking dish from the oven and remove the foil. Put the mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese on top. Bake another 7-10 minutes until the cheeses melt and become golden brown to serve.
