INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced thin and quartered
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 9 tbsp Original Vegenaise®
  • 2 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook pasta in salted water, drain and rinse.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Vegenaise®, vinegar, mustard, oregano, garlic, & onions. Gently add tomatoes, zucchini and pasta. Salt and pepper to taste.

    最後撒上鹽和胡椒調味
