INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Coconut Water/Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Cooked Oatmeal
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 Small Mango, diced
  • 1/2 Apple, sliced (optional)
  • 1 Orange, sliced
  • 1 tsp Chia Seed
  • 1/2 cup Green Yogurt
  • 1/2 Lemon
  •  Mint

 

STEPS

  1. Put cooked oatmeal into 2 glass bottles.
  2. Add 1/2 cup coconut water/almond milk into glass bottles.
  3. Add 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt on the top of oatmeal.
  4. Put Banana, Mango, Orange, 1/2 cup coconut water/almond milk into blender. Start blending.
  5. Put Chia seed and squeeze 3-4 drops of lemon juice into blender. Start blending for 30s.
  6. Put the blended smoothie into glass bottles on top of Greek Yogurt.
  7. Add sliced apple and mint on the top of smoothie to decorate.
  8. Put the bottles into fridge for a whole night and welcome your next day morning with a fresh yellow smoothie!

成分

  • 1 杯椰子水/杏仁奶
  • 1 杯熟燕麥片 (有機)
  • 1 條香蕉
  • 4 小芒果,切塊
  • 1/2 個蘋果,切塊
  • 1 個橙子,切塊
  • 1 湯匙 奇亞籽
  • 1/2 杯希臘酸奶
  • 1/2個 檸檬
  •  薄荷葉

步驟

  1. 將熟燕麥放入兩個杯子底部。
  2. 加入半杯椰子水或杏仁奶混合燕麥于杯中。
  3. 倒入半杯希臘酸奶,使其覆蓋在熟燕麥上。
  4. 將香蕉,芒果,橙子,剩餘的椰子水或杏仁奶倒入攪拌機,開始攪拌。
  5. 將奇亞籽并擠出3-4滴檸檬汁于攪拌機內,再攪拌約30秒。
  6. 將攪拌好的smoothie倒入玻璃杯中(若加入的椰子水或杏仁奶少,smoothie會在希臘酸奶上,不會滲入下方)。
  7. 將切塊的蘋果和薄荷葉放置於smoothie上以作裝飾。
  8. 將玻璃杯放入冰箱凍一晚,第二日早晨就可以享受一杯新鮮的黃色燕麥Smoothie喇~
