INGREDIENTS

  • Beyond Beef Beefy Crumble (1 pack)
  • Mushroom (5 pcs, large)
  • Quinoa Fusilli (cooked, 2 bowls)

SEASONINGS

  • Tom Yum Kung sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Pasta sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Salt (1/8 tsp)
  • Sugar (1/2 tsp)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut mushroom into dices, set aside.
  2. Pan-fry Beyond Beef Beefy Crumbles.
  3. Add mushroom into (2).
  4. Add black pepper into the stir-fried.
  5. Add Tom Yum Kung sauce, pasta sauce and water, mix well.
  6. Put the sauce on top of quinoa pasta.

  • 蘑菇(5粒)
  • 藜麥螺絲粉 (熟,2碗)

調味料

  • 冬蔭公醬(1湯匙)
  • 意粉醬(1湯匙)
  • 鹽(1/8茶匙)
  • 糖(1/2 茶匙)
  • 黑胡椒(少許)

做法

  1. 磨菇切粒,備用
  2. 燒熱油鑊,炒香植物肉碎
  3. 加入磨菇繼續炒
  4. 加入黑椒炒香
  5. 放入冬蔭公醬、番茄醬及水,攪勻。
  6. 把醬汁淋上藜麥螺絲粉上,即成。
