INGREDIENTS

  • Beyond Meat Beef Crumble (5oz)
  • Giant Tomatoes (2pcs)
  • Chopped onion (1tbsp)
  • Minced garlic (1tsp)
  • Rosemary (½ stalk)
  • Basil Leave (4pcs)
  • Butter (1oz)
  • Chopped Dried Pepper (Trace)
  • Black Pepper (Trace)
  • Mozzarella Cheese (½cup)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato and scoop out pulp
  2. Heat up cooking pan with olive oil and butter
  3. Till butter melted, add and fry garlic, onion, rosemary, basil leave and dried pepper
  4. Add Beyond Meat Beef Crumble and tomato pulp, add salt and pepper to season
  5. Turn off fire, add cheese and mix well
  6. Spoon all ingredients into tomatoes
  7. Put tomato top back and bake the tomatoes for 20 minutes at 180°C .

  • 大番茄(2個)
  • 洋蔥粒(1湯匙)
  • 蒜頭碎(1茶匙)
  • 迷迭香(半支)
  • 羅勒葉(4片)
  • 牛油(1安士)
  • 辣椒乾切碎(少許)
  • 黑楜椒(少許)
  • 馬蘇里拉(Mozzarella)芝士(半杯)

做法

  1. 將番茄頂部橫切留用,將番茄肉挖出切碎留用
  2. 燒熱鑊加入少許橄欖油及牛油
  3. 牛油溶後再加入蒜頭、洋蔥、迷迭香、羅勒葉和辣椒乾炒香
  4. 加入植物牛肉碎和番茄碎,最後加少許盬和黑楜椒拌勻
  5. 關火加入芝士碎拌勻
  6. 將餡料放入番茄內
  7. 再放回番茄頂部,180度焗20分鐘便成
