Vegan Cheese Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 burger bun (I used a gluten-free vegan chia burger bun)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tempeh
  • 1 Tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp coconut nectar
  • 1 slice of beetroot
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 2 Tbsp Follow Your Heart Cheddar Vegan Gourmet Shreds
  • 1 heap Tbsp Follow Your Heart Veganaise
  • Handful of mixed greens
  • Nutritional Yeast and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C
  2. Marinate the tempeh with tamari, apple cider vinegar and coconut nectar and beetroot slice in balsamic vinegar for 30 minutes
  3. Bake the tempeh for 15 minutes on both sides
  4. Top the beetroot slice with 2 Tbsp of vegan cheddar cheese and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes (or until the cheddar cheese has melted)
  5. Cut the chia burger bun into half. Spray some water on the bun and reheat in an oven for 3 minutes
  6. Generously spread both sides of the bun with veganaise
  7. Peel and cut the avocado into slices
  8. Layer the burger as shown in the picture with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast and black pepper
  9. Enjoy!

  • 牛油果 1/2個
  • 黃豆餅 1/2
  • 紅菜頭 1片
  • 意大利黑醋 1湯匙
  • 番茄 1片
  • Follow Your Heart Cheddar Vegan Gourmet Shreds 2湯匙
  • Follow Your Heart Veganaise 1湯匙
  • 沙律菜 一小撮
  • 營養酵母、黑胡椒適量

 

做法

  1. 烤箱預熱到180℃
  2. 黃豆餅用天然醬油,蘋果醋和椰子花蜜;甜菜片用意大利黑醋醃30分鐘
  3. 黃豆餅每邊烤15分鐘
  4. 紅菜頭片放上2湯匙的Follow Your Heart Cheddar Vegan Gourmet Shreds烤15分鐘(或直到素芝士融化)
  5. 把漢堡包對半切開。表面噴些水,在烤箱烤3分鐘
  6. 在麵包的每邊都塗上Follow Your Heart Veganaise
  7. 牛油果去皮切成片
  8. 把漢堡包如圖疊好,最後撒上適量的營養酵母和黑胡椒灑
  9. 慢用!
