Thaw in the refigerator before cooking and consume within 10 days. Pre-heat grill or pan to medium-high to high heat and cook for 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Edge and interior of patty will still be red or pink when fully cooked. Fully cooked when internal temperature is 165°F.
