Sauce Co has been established over 70 years and is the first organic brand of miso and black bean sauce in Taiwan. The founder of Sauce Co founded the first professional fermenting production factory in the 43 year of Republic Era, manufacturing miso, soy sauce and pickled products with Taiwan high-quaulity crops. And Sauce Co’s second generation took over and developed black bean sauce and vegetable pickled cans production line. By the third generation, Sauce Co brought ‘food safety’ and ‘organic concepts’ into the traditional industry successfully.
