The Bridge, a small family company from northern Italy, has created at the end of 1994 the first completely Italian ‘Rice milk’. The continuous research, passion and contribution of the whole family, allowed developing in the time a wide range of cereals products. All of The Bridge products are 100% from organic farming, tested and guaranteed by ICEA (Italian institute for the organic certification). Spring water from the natural park of Monti Lessini is used in their products. Their products are dairy-free, while most of them are gluten-free. In order to stay authentic and keep good food quality, The Bridge promises consumers there is no preservatives or artificial flavours in their products.
