Immunity-boosting Fruit Castle – Camu Camu Smoothie

 材料:

• Jax Coco椰子水250毫升
熟香蕉2隻(中等)
• 芒果1小個
• 奇亞籽1湯匙
• 卡姆果粉1湯匙
• 菠蘿半杯
• 檸檬葉1片

將所有材料放入攪拌機內攪勻。

貼士:鮮果與香葉可中和卡姆果粉的濃烈味道,芒果和檸檬葉是不錯的選擇。

Ingredients:

• Jax Coco coconut water 250ml
• Ripe banana 2 medium
• Mango 1 small
• Chia seed 1 tbsp
• Camu Camu powder 1 tbsp
• Pineapple 1/2 cup
• Lemon leaf 1 leaf

Simply blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

Tip: Camu Camu has quite a strong taste. Blend it with fruit with a strong aroma, e.g.  mango and add some lemon leaf to obtain a balanced flavour.
