The Gluten-Free diet has recently become a hot topic. But what really is gluten?

Gluten is a type of protein which usually finds in grains, that can be found in many types of food like breads, pastas, biscuits, ice-cream and seasonings, sometimes gluten hide in food that you wouldn’t expect.
