Steps

Step 1

Marinate Beyond Beef with marinade sauce for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Heat up oil in a pot and pan-fry onion slices until softened and transparent.

Step 3

Add potato, carrot and curry powder and pan-fry until aromatic.

Step 4

Add water or vegetarian broth until the ingredients are fully submerged.

Step 5

Add other seasonings beside coconut milk and stew for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Cook beyond beef until become crumble or small pieces.

Step 7

Add beyond beef into curry sauce, then add water until all ingredients are fully submerged and cook over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Add coconut milk and cook further 5 minutes and serve.
