Chocolate Gingerbread Cheesecake Jar

Ingredients (1 Serving) :
Raw Halo Chocolate, Ginger & Pecan
1/2 bar (18g)
Daiya Cream Cheeze Style Spreads – Plain
2 tbsps (30g)
Fora Faba Butter
1/2 tbsp (7g)
Califia Farms Almond Milk Creamer, Vanilla
1 tbsp (15ml)
1 tsp (5g)
Wel-B Freeze Dried Coconut Chips
Little Bellies Gingerbread Men
Cooking Steps :
Bring a pot of water to boil. Sit a heatproof bowl on the pot. Melt Raw Halo ginger & pecan chocolate and Fora Faba Butter. Stir and mix well.
In a bowl, beat Daiya cream cheeze with egg whisk until fluffy. Then add melted chocolate and butter, cinnamon powder and Califia Farms Almond Milk Vanilla Creamer. Beat until mixture becomes smooth. Pour mixture into jar. Set in freezer for 15 minutes.
Once set, garnish cheesecake with Wel-B Freeze Dried Coconut Chips, Little Bellies Gingerbread Men and peppermint leaf. Enjoy!
Cooking Tips :
May add any other toppings of your choice.
If prefer a softer texture, add 2 tbsps Califia Farms Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer.
