Sarcodon aspratus 40g
Wood-ear fungus 20g
Red/Green pepper one each
Mrs. So’s Vegetarian Sauce 3 tsp
Sesame oil a little
1. Clean sarcodon aspratus and porcini and soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Soak wood-ear fungus for 15 minutes. Drain all ingredients and cut into small pieces.
2. Slice red/green pepper into small pieces.
3. Heat oil in wok, fry red/green pepper in Mrs. So’s Vegetarian Sauce, stir well. Put in all other ingredients and seasoning, stir fry quickly for 2 minutes and serve.
